Final update: A38 in Devon westbound between B3416 & A374 near Plymouth.
- All lanes are now open.
- No significant delays on the approach.
Update 3: The A38 in Devon has reopened westbound between the B3416 and A374 near Plymouth via lane 3.
Lane 1 and 2 remain closed for recovery and debris clean up.
Delays of 20 minutes and approx. 1 mile of congestion in the vicinity.

Air Ambulance has been called to the scene.
Delays of 30 minutes and around 3 miles of congestion are reported on approach.

Due to severe congestion on Park Street, the 17:30 service from Temple Meads to Southmead Hospital will be commencing from the City Centre at 17:42 and not serving Temple Meads Station.

Due to a police incident in Kingswood, services are terminating and commencing from Cecil Road.
Towards Yate the bus will divert via Soundwell Road and Syston Way - unfortunately not serving Alma Road.
