@2SevernBridges Recovery is complete and all lanes are now open on the #M48 westbound before J1 #SevernBridge.
There are delays of up to 30 minutes with around 1 mile of congestion on approach, though these should ease quickly now traffic is flowing freely.

The bridge has now re-opened in both directions.
No delays on approach.
Traffic is currently being held in both directions before the #M48 (#SevernBridge) due to a police led incident.
