Coach travel
Coach travel is an affordable option for travelling to different destinations across the UK. The on-the-day ticket cost is usually reasonable, and if you book in advance, you can usually take advantage of additional discounts.
There are direct services operating out of a number of Wiltshire towns including Chippenham, Devizes, Melksham and Trowbridge to destinations throughout the UK. Berrys Superfast is a local company providing connectivity between the Westcountry and London. They provide connections from Warminster, Codford and Amesbury.
You can usually take one or two medium-sized suitcases/rucksacks onto a commercial coach service (free of charge) and one small piece of soft hand luggage. In addition, an increasing number of services now have free-WiFi on board. Always check with the operator before travel.
